ANSWERS
EVERYTHING PEOPLE ASK BEFORE TRAINING AT MY WAY FITNESS IN MESA, AZ

If your question is not here, the consultation is the fastest way to get it answered by a coach rather than a page.

GETTING STARTED

How do I start?

Fill out the two-minute form on the Get Started page. Coach Chris reads every submission personally and reaches out within 24 hours to talk through your goal, your schedule and which program fits. You can also call or text the studio.

Do I need to choose a program first?

No. Most people do not. The consultation is where that decision gets made, with a coach who has read your answers. If you already know what you want, pick it on the Programs page and the form carries it through.

Is the consultation a sales call?

It is a conversation about where you want to go and what the realistic path is. If a program is not the right fit for you, we say so. Nothing auto-bills and nothing is signed on the call.

I am a complete beginner. Is this the right place?

Yes. Beginners are the most common starting point at the studio. Every program is scaled to the person, every movement is coached, and small group and bootcamp sessions have versions for every level.

THE STUDIO

Where is My Way Fitness?

7931 E Pecos Rd, Suite 202, Building 6, Mesa AZ 85212. The studio is on Pecos Rd between Sossaman and Hawes in southeast Mesa, just off the Loop 202. It is in a multi-building complex: look for Building 6, Suite 202.

What are your hours?

Training is by appointment Monday through Saturday, with the Sunday bootcamp on Sunday mornings. Because sessions are booked, there are no walk-in hours to miss; your coach sets your times with you.

Which areas do you serve?

Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley, plus Eastmark, which is a few minutes away. The Gilbert and Queen Creek pages explain the drive from each. Online coaching through the Trainerize app covers anywhere else.

Is it a big gym?

No. It is a private training studio. There is no sales floor and no crowd; groups are capped and every session is coached. Members on training programs get unlimited access to the studio floor between their coached sessions.

PROGRAMS

What is included with personal training?

Two or three coached 1-on-1 sessions a week for a 3-month program, full custom macro coaching, a nutrition consultation, progress tracking and unlimited gym access. Pricing is set at your consultation.

How is small group training different from a class?

Small group is three to five people with one coach on a designated weekly time slot, Monday through Saturday, up to three sessions a week. Loads and movements are set per person and tracked. A class at a big gym is 15 to 30 people doing the same workout.

When are the bootcamps?

There are two. The 5AM bootcamp is an early-morning recurring membership that includes full macro coaching and unlimited gym access. The Sunday bootcamp is one hour on Sunday morning with Coach Katie, circuit-style, capped at 12 to 15 people. Current days for the 5AM session are confirmed at your consultation.

What is macro coaching?

A nutrition plan with daily targets for protein, carbohydrates and fat, built from your body composition and goal and adjusted as your results come in. You choose the food. It is included in personal training and the 5AM bootcamp, available as an add-on to small group, and offered on its own in the studio or online.

Can I train online?

Yes. Online coaching runs through the Trainerize app: custom workouts, custom macros, progress tracking and 24/7 coach messaging. It is the same coach and the same method as the studio, from anywhere.

Do you show prices?

Pricing is set in your consultation because it depends on format, frequency and whether programs are combined. Ask and you will get a clear number. Special rates on the 3x personal training, 5AM bootcamp and macro-only programs do not resume if those programs are paused or cancelled.

DAY TO DAY

What should I bring to a session?

Training shoes, water and something you can move in. Equipment is at the studio. Eat something in the couple of hours before you train.

How do check-ins work?

Your coach tracks your numbers every session and reviews your progress weekly, which is when macro targets and programming get adjusted. Online members check in through the app.

I have an injury or a medical condition.

Tell us on the intake form. Programs are written around limitations and movements are swapped or regressed as needed. Bring any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist and the coach will build around it.

How do I reach the studio?

Call or text (480) 233-8853, email mywayfitness89@gmail.com, or use the Get Started form. Instagram is @mywayfitness_training.
