WHAT THIS SITE
COLLECTS

This site is run by My Way Fitness LLC, 7931 E Pecos Rd, Suite 202, Building 6, Mesa AZ 85212. It is a static website with no user accounts, no login and no database of visitors. Here is exactly what it does and does not collect.

THE GET STARTED FORM

When you submit the Get Started form you give us your name, email address, phone number, your goals, training experience, schedule, any injuries or conditions you choose to mention, what has gotten in your way before, and how you found us. That information is sent as an email to the studio inbox through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, so a coach can contact you about training. It is used for that purpose and for keeping in touch about your program if you become a member. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

THE MACRO CALCULATOR

The macro calculator runs in your browser: the age, weight, height, activity and goal you enter are used to calculate your targets on your device, and the downloadable report is generated there too. If you choose to download the report, the email address you enter, your first name, your goal and your calculated targets are emailed to the studio inbox through FormSubmit so a coach can follow up and send occasional training and nutrition tips. You can unsubscribe or ask for that email to be deleted at any time.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Pages are served by Vercel, whose edge network keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for operating the service. Images on the blog may be loaded from Unsplash, which receives the standard request data any image host does.

LINKS TO OTHER SERVICES

Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram and the Trainerize app take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Members who train with us use Trainerize for programs, tracking and messaging under Trainerize's terms.

YOUR CHOICES

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email mywayfitness89@gmail.com or call or text (480) 233-8853. Member records held in Trainerize or with the payment processor are handled under those services' policies and can be removed on request when you leave.

CHANGES

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
