WHO IT IS FOR
Personal training is the right fit when you want results you can measure and you want someone responsible for getting you there. That describes a lot of different people. Members who walked in having never touched a barbell. Former athletes who know how to train but stopped getting results on their own. Parents with a 45-minute window and no patience for wasted reps. People coming back from an injury who need every movement checked. Members in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to lift for the next thirty years, not the next thirty days.
What they have in common is that the generic plan stopped working, or never started. A coach fixes that by removing the guesswork: what to lift, how heavy, how often, what to eat, and what to change when the scale or the bar stops moving.
HOW THE PROGRAM RUNS
Every personal training program at the studio is a 3-month block, because that is how long it takes to build habits that hold and see results that are not water weight. You choose two sessions a week or three. Both include full macro coaching, a nutrition consultation, progress tracking and unlimited access to the studio floor between sessions.
Your first conversation is a consultation, not a sales pitch. Coach Chris reads your intake form personally, then talks through your goals, your schedule, your training history and anything that has gotten in the way before. From that, he writes the program. Sessions are booked at times that fit your week, and the studio runs by appointment, so you are never waiting for a rack or sharing your coach's attention with a room full of strangers.
Each session is coached start to finish. Warmup, main lifts, accessory work and conditioning are all written in advance and adjusted on the spot if your body says something different that day. Your numbers are recorded every session, which is how progressive overload actually happens instead of just being a word on a poster.
MACROS ARE PART OF IT, NOT AN ADD-ON
Most studios sell training and nutrition separately. We do not, because the training only works if the eating supports it. Your macro plan is built from your body composition and your goal, whether that is fat loss, muscle gain or body recomposition, and it is adjusted as your results come in. A member in a deficit who stops losing in week three does not need to try harder. They need a coach who sees the data and changes the number. That is what the weekly check-in is for.
If you want the nutrition side explained in more depth, the macro coaching page covers how the plans are built and how adjustments work. If you want a head start, the free macro calculator uses the same starting formulas our coaches do.
WHAT A FIRST MONTH LOOKS LIKE
Week one is assessment. Movement quality, current strength, how you recover, what you eat now. Nothing heroic. Weeks two through four are where the program takes shape: technique on the main lifts, a realistic training rhythm, and macro targets you can actually hit on a Tuesday. By the end of the month most members have a clear baseline, a plan they understand, and the first visible change. The next two months are where the compounding happens.
TWO SESSIONS OR THREE
Two sessions a week is the most popular choice and the right one for most people with a job, a family and a life. Combined with a daily walk and the macro plan, it is enough to transform a body in three months. Three sessions suit members who want maximum frequency and the fastest possible progress, or who know from experience that more structure keeps them consistent. The 3x program runs at a special locked-in rate that does not resume if the program is paused or cancelled, which is the studio's way of rewarding commitment.
WHY MEMBERS STAY
The studio has held a 5.0 rating across more than 100 Google reviews, and the reviews say the same things in different words: the coaching is personal, the accountability is real, and the environment is positive without being soft. Several of those reviews come from people who trained with other coaches first. You can read them on the transformations page and on the home page.
PRICING
Pricing is set during your consultation because it depends on frequency and on whether you combine training with another program. Ask and you will get a straight answer. Nothing auto-renews without you knowing, and the special rates are explained before you commit.

Questions
BEFORE
YOU ASK
How long is a personal training session?
Long enough to warm up, train the main work and finish the conditioning without rushing. Your coach sets the session length around the program, not the clock, and tells you what to expect at your consultation.
Do I have to commit to three months?
The 2x and 3x personal training programs are built as 3-month blocks because that is the window in which real change happens. If you want to try the studio first, a small group session or a bootcamp is a lower-commitment way in, and your coach will tell you honestly which fits.
I have an injury or a medical condition. Can I still train?
Usually yes, and that is a reason to have a coach rather than not. Tell us about it on the intake form. Programs are written around limitations, and movements are swapped or regressed as needed. Bring any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist and we will build around it.
Can I combine personal training with the Sunday bootcamp or small group?
Yes. Many members pair 1-on-1 sessions with a bootcamp for extra conditioning. Your coach will set the weekly total so you recover properly, since more is not always better.
What should I bring to my first session?
Training shoes, water, and whatever you would normally train in. Everything else is at the studio. Come having eaten something in the previous couple of hours and plan to leave with a clearer picture of your next three months.
Is there parking and how do I find Building 6?
The studio is in a multi-building complex at 7931 E Pecos Rd in Mesa, between Sossaman and Hawes. Look for Building 6, Suite 202. If you get turned around, call or text the studio and a coach will guide you in.
